Our Promise to You
At Carers 4 U we ensure to keep quality the standard and so we do everything we can to live our mission for our clients and to fulfil our promises to them:
- We treat you like our neighbours, because you are.
- We listen, because your experience and input help us make it simpler for thousands of families like yours.
- We strive to provide the best experience possible, because you expect nothing less.
- We make doing business with us easy, because you have more important things to worry about
We are proud of saying that we deliver what our service users ask for. We work closely with the service users and their representatives to provide a professional service. It is our practise to speak to our new service users and their family/ representatives so we are able to set out their needs and ask them about any personal preferences they might have, in order to tailor our care to their unique needs. We ask them about things like; personal routines, general likes and dislikes, medication they’re taking, favourite activities, interests and hobbies, how they’d like to be helped by the staff on a day-to-day basis to maintain their dignity, what they like to eat and drink and what they don’t, their sleep pattern among others.
Assessments are carried out ensuring we treat each service user as an individual respecting their wishes and input. This ensures that people have a wider choice in how their needs are met; The times they require our Care Workers to visit, respect, confidentiality and listening to their needs. We telephone Service Users regularly and if necessary arrange to visit if there is any change to their care needs.
Our phone is on 24hr, that way it is possible for the service users and care workers to contact us out of office hours. We have managed to deal well with challenges, especially from challenging service users. We have taken on service users who have been with other agencies and we have received positive reports from their representatives, families, other professionals e.g. care managers, wardens and nurses.
